Vendors & Contractors
Information, documentation, and opportunities for vendors, suppliers, consultants, and contractors working with or looking to bid on opportunities to work with Public Works.
Solid waste and recycling collection were not provided Friday due to the July 4 holiday. Residents who would normally receive City trash and recycling services on Fridays will instead receive service on Saturday, July 5.
Information, documentation, and opportunities for vendors, suppliers, consultants, and contractors working with or looking to bid on opportunities to work with Public Works.
Public Works design standards and specifications can change frequently. All vendors, suppliers, consultants, and contractors are encouraged to check back frequently and download new documentation to ensure use of the most up-to-date documentation.
As stipulated in Administrative Directive 6.05, the Department of Public Works and the Department of Public Utilities manage the solicitation process for Requests for Proposals and Requests for Qualifications for Architectural and Engineering Professional Services for their respective departments.
Additional solicitations of all types, including Architectural and Engineering Professional Services for other departments, can be found on Finance Purchasing’s Solicitation Abstracts page or the Public Utilities Bids & Proposals page.
Register as a supplier/vendor with the City to respond to solicitations, participate in bid opportunities, and provide goods or services!
