All Virginia Beach government administrative offices will be closed on Monday, Sept. 1, in observance of the Labor Day holiday. Waste Management services are not impacted since curbside collections and the Landfill and Resource Recovery Center do not operate on Mondays. Some City facilities will be open for business.
