If your vehicle has been towed, please call (757) 385-3111 to find out where your vehicle has been taken.
The VB311 service portal will be offline for planned upgrades beginning Monday, Jan. 26, and will return on Wednesday, Jan. 28. To submit a request for bulky item pickup or report an issue such as a missed waste collection, please call Waste Management Customer Service at 757-385-4650 or send an email to WasteMgt@VBgov.com.

Parking citations do not result in your vehicle being towed.
On-street or public property towing is directed by the Virginia Beach Police Department for public safety purposes. The following incidents can result in a vehicle being towed:
The cost of a tow is $200, plus a daily storage fee ranging from $60 to $100 per 24 hours of storage based on gross vehicle weight.
2nd Street Lot - 2:30 a.m.
4th Street Lot - 2:30 a.m.
Meter Spaces 1st to 4th streets - Midnight
Meter Spaces 14th to 29th streets - 2:30 a.m.
Croatan Lot (Summer) - 8 p.m.
Croatan Lot (Winter) - 5 p.m.
Rudee Loop Lot - 2:30 a.m.
When the Rudee Loop lot operates by a pay station without an assistant, the lot closes at 8 p.m. and towing starts after posted close time.
For vehicles blocking a driveway, call (757) 437-1157 between 7 a.m. and 3 a.m. to request a tow.
Individuals have the right to appeal a tow. To start the process, contact the Second Precinct at (757) 385-2700.
