All City of Virginia Beach administrative offices, including Waste Management offices and the West Neck Recycling Center will be closed on Monday, Sept. 7, in observance of Labor Day. Waste Management collections and the Landfill and Resource Recovery Center do not operate on Mondays. Please view the City's operating schedule for more details.
