Ways to Pay

  • Use the meters by the restrooms and enter your license plate number. The Virginia Beach Resident Rate is provided on the meters (or call 804-625-4265).

  • Purchase a Seasonal Parking Permit, valid from April 1 to Oct. 31. Allows for unlimited reentry into the seven municipal parking lots. 

  • Text VB10040 to 727563 to pay online from your mobile device.

  • Use a contactless payment option posted on signage throughout the lot.

  • Download and use the City's VBGo app or ParkMobile to easily pay.
