Parking is FREE.

April 1 to Oct. 31:

• Daily: $2/hour
• Residents: $3 (After 5 p.m.)
  • Proof of Virginia Beach residency required.
• Oversized Vehicles: $15/day; $25/overnight (Oversized/overnight parking available only at 4th Street Lot)

For all municipal lots

• Unlimited daily reentry during operating hours
• Towing enforced at 2:30 a.m.
• Rates renew at 5 a.m.

4th Street Lot

• Oversized/overnight parking available for a fee (Overnight parking only available for oversized vehicles)
  • Overnight/overnight parking is available year-round and can be paid only at the lot. Each oversized space has a sign with payment instructions. 
  • Overnight parkers are not permitted to sleep in vehicles.
  • Vehicle can not detach from a trailer while parked in an oversized vehicle space.

Hours for certain lots may vary during large special events.
