Waste Collections Advisory: Waste collections will begin at 6 a.m. August 11-14 due to forecasted high temperatures.
Residential trash and recycling carts are temporarily out of stock. An update will be posted here once carts are available.
In the meantime, residents may bring household trash and recyclable materials directly to the Landfill & Resource Recovery Center.
Proof of Virginia Beach residency is required. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we replenish our inventory.

Town Center has five garages with more than 4,380 spaces and 86 on-street spaces available for public use.
Parking is free; however, there are many areas inside the garages and on-street with two-hour time restrictions. The two-hour time restrictions are enforced.
Entrances are located on Market Street, Central Park Avenue, Town Center Drive, and Constitution Drive.
Violators parked in a reserved space may be ticketed. Twenty-four hours after a violator has been ticketed, the vehicle may be subject to a tow at the expense of the violator. Ticketing will only be completed during hours of operation.
Contact an Ambassador to report a violator at 757-635-4473. After hours, please contact Security at 757-227-4054 and a warning can be placed on the vehicle.

Park near your favorite restaurants and businesses in one of Town Center's five garages (Orange, Red, Blue, Maroon and Green).
Town Center monthly parking is available at ParkIt. Residential rate applicants must submit a lease for proof of residency within Town Center to parkingpermithelp@vbgov.com.
