Atlantic Park has two municipal parking garages with more than 900 spaces available for public use. Garages are open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. The reserved parking spaces are enforced. Violators parked in a reserved space may be ticketed. Twenty-four hours after a violator has been ticketed, the vehicle may be subject to a tow at the expense of the violator. Weekly/Monthly Parking
The municipal parking garages can accommodate long-term parking needs for AP businesses and employees. Both weekly and monthly passes allow unlimited access to the garages.

Monthly Parking
Atlantic Park monthly parking is available by request. Applications must provide proof of residency within Atlantic Park and or employment proof within Atlantic Park. For all other inquiries about monthly parking at Atlantic Park, please email parkingpermithelp@vbgov.com with questions or concerns.

Atlantic Park Living Residential Permits
Atlantic Park residents must register their vehicles for parking access in the Residential Red spaces at either garage. Please complete the process prior to the move-in date to confirm parking approval.
