The Resort Area has three municipal parking lots, three garages and several on-street parking options available for public use. Paid parking is seasonal for meters and surface lots, from April 1 to Oct. 31.

Starting in 2026, Parking rates have been adjusted to a progressive, cumulative structure. All locations and meters have the following payment options: Mobile Pay apps, text-to-pay, and credit or debit cards.

  • Oversized/overnight parking is available at the 4th Street lot year-round.
  • Overnight parking for vehicles not oversized is only available at our municipal parking garages.

Hours for certain lots may vary during large special events. All three garages are open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
