The Resident Parking Voucher Plan for the Resort Area provides Virginia Beach residents with a $50 annual parking voucher to use at participating Oceanfront garages, surface lots and designated on-street metered spaces. 

Online registration is now open. The plan will begin a phased rollout over the following weeks. City staff will review applications, and approval emails with instructions will start going out around April 10.  

Parking Management will monitor the plan’s progress and provide updates as the data is analyzed.

To submit your application, you will need to provide:

• A valid driver’s license
• One additional document showing your name and address within city limits (e.g. utility bill, bank statement or government mail)
  • Resident drivers under the age of 18 will submit a Family Member Affidavit of Residence with their application.
