Project Status and Funding Source

The project was completed in October 2024 and provides drainage improvements to the South Rosemont Road / Club House Road area. This project was funded by CIP 100486.

Project Scope

This was the first project in the Windsor Woods, Princess Anne Plaza, and The Lakes Master Project to be completed. Work included new storm drain piping and additional, larger drainage inlets along Club House Road from South Rosemont Road to the northwest corner of the Bow Creek Golf Course, where a new 0.5-acre stormwater management pond was constructed.

These improvements will assist in relieving flooding along South Rosemont and Club House Roads.
