The Public Works Real Estate Group is responsible for land acquisition for all City agencies (including the City’s Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) program and all City infrastructure improvement projects), maintaining a list of real estate property owned by the City with the assistance of GIS, handling resident requests for encroachments onto City property and Rights of Way, easements, unauthorized encroachments, and sale of excess City property.
