Requests for Quotes
Requests for Quotes (RFQs) from interested firms to provide Public Works with architectural and engineering professional services.
Responses to RFQs must be received as specified in the solicitation document(s). Late bids and proposals will not be accepted. It is the responsibility of the bidder/offeror to assure bids/proposals are received as specified in the solicitation document(s). In some cases, attendance at a pre-bid or pre-proposal meeting is a requirement for submitting a bid or proposal.
Prospective partners are required to register as a City Supplier. The City of Virginia Beach will not be held responsible for shipments or services received prior to contract approval. Once registered, suppliers can access the supplier portal.
